Responsibility for publication

On 12.05.1998, the Intermediate Court of Hamburg ruled that the presenter of Internet pages could be held jointly responsible for the content of linked pages unless the presenter expressly dissociates himself from the contents. We therefore hereby dissociate ourselves from the content of all linked pages. mabu-pressen is not responsible for the content of pages of other people or companies that are called up via an external link.

The operator of the linked pages bears sole responsibility for their content. mabu pressen endeavours to keep its Web publications up to date and ensure that their content is correct and complete. We cannot, however, preclude mistakes entirely.
